We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably across India. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes using trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, Ecom Express, and others.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Prepaid orders are prioritized for dispatch. COD orders may require verification via call or message before processing.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 working days
Note: Delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to courier company schedules, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499

A standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499

In rare cases, remote location surcharges may apply (you will be notified in advance).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time via the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.
6. Delivery Delays & Unserviceable Locations

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or events beyond our control.

If your pin code is unserviceable, we will contact you to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
7. Missed or Undelivered Packages

If the delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability, the courier may attempt delivery again.

If delivery is not completed, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate and reachable.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available for select pin codes only.

COD orders may attract a nominal handling charge (if applicable).

All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled.
9. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. For bulk or export inquiries, contact our support team.
