1. What kind of products does Mihikart offer?
We offer a wide range of trending products—including gadgets, electronics, home décor, fitness accessories, toys, fashion, pet supplies, kitchen essentials, and more. We also feature special items like Laddu Gopal Ji dresses and the latest new arrivals every week.
2. How do I know your products are genuine and good quality?
Every product at Mihikart is carefully sourced and selected after strict quality checks—no compromise on standards. We never list knockoffs or low-quality variants.
3. Are Mihikart’s prices final? Are there any hidden charges?
All prices are clearly mentioned on each product page. There are no hidden charges—shipping is free on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Card (debit/credit), UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.
6. How long will my order take to reach me?
Orders dispatch in 1–2 working days. Delivery times are:

7. Will I get a tracking link?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link by email or SMS.
8. Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong products, and must be requested within 5 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video. Exchanges are only possible for wrong product or eligible size issues—one exchange per order.
9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
10. How fast are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
11. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible before your order is shipped. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email to request cancellation.
