Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you buy from Mihikart. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read this policy before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

The return request is made within 5 calendar days of delivery
-
A complete unboxing video is provided which clearly shows the issue (damage, defect, or wrong product)

Returns without video evidence or after the return window will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
-
Personal care, health, or hygiene products once opened
-
Perishable goods or fragile items like candles or wax products
-
Customized, made-to-order, or digital products (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Contact our support at mihikart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery

Share your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video

Once approved, our team will guide you on the pickup or self-shipping process
Return Shipping & Fees:

Return pickup is available for select locations. Else, please self-ship the item to us.

A return/restocking fee applies to all accepted returns and will be deducted from the refund.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible when:

You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product
-
A size-related exchange is needed for eligible products (subject to stock)
Conditions:

Request exchange within 5 days of delivery

Only one exchange per order allowed

Exchange handling fee may apply for size exchanges
5. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and passes inspection, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:
-
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days
-
For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI
-
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Refund will NOT be issued if:

The item shows signs of use

Original packaging is missing
-
Unboxing video is not provided
-
Return is rejected after inspection

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Email mihikart@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9027381531 immediately to cancel.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
-
Refunds for prepaid cancellations are processed within 1–2 working days.
-
Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or is incorrect:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue

Claims without a video cannot be processed
