Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and ensure a smooth order experience for you.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

  Please mention your order number in your request.

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any unofficial channels will not be valid.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel post-dispatch, please accept the delivery and initiate a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation

• COD orders may require confirmation via phone/SMS/WhatsApp.

• Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically after a few hours.

• Frequent cancellations of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.). Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued

• Invalid or incomplete address/information is provided

• The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway

In such cases, you will be informed and any payment already made will be fully refunded.
